Hey! I am interested in living at Bridgestone Crossing and have a few questions.

Question #1: How do I schedule a showing?
Question #2: Is there covered parking?
Every unit comes with a 1-car garage (covered) and a 1-car parking spot (uncovered) on the driveway outside of it. There is a 2 car max per household.
Question #3: Why are some units different prices?
Though each unit is the same layout and square footage within this community. The upgrades vary from unit to unit. This is why there are varying prices.
Question #4: What does the $75 mandatory amenities package include?
In this community it includes: water, sewer, and trash.
Question #5: We have a pet. Is this a pet friendly community?
Question #6: What is the required liability insurance and how much does it cost?
You will be required to have a liability to landlord insurance policy with a minimum coverage of $100,000. This insurance will be available through MAXX PM TX at a rate of $9.50 a month with no deductible. If you elect to use our policy we handle all claims, and your rates don't increase if you file a claim. Our policy covers the property only. You may purchase your own insurance policy from a 3rd party provider showing MAXX PM TX as an additional insured, customizing coverage to the needs of your family.
Question #7: When is the security deposit due? How much will it be? Does it cover our last month's rent?
You can refer to the lease application for security deposit questions or concerns. Security deposits are based on case by case basis.
